Moore Sign Works aluminum designs are made to order and may ship directly from our production partner. Selected canvas products are fulfilled by a separate partner. The product page and checkout show the applicable options.
Order review and processing
For Moore Sign Works aluminum designs, allow approximately 5–7 business days after placing a paid order for our review and processing before production begins. We submit the order to our production partner after payment is confirmed, order details are reviewed, and the funds needed to place the production order are available. Production time starts only when the order has been submitted to the partner and varies by product and order size. If the review or production schedule changes, we will email you an updated estimate as soon as we know.
Custom requests may take additional time for artwork questions, revisions, proof approval, and manual submission; an estimate is provided with the custom quote. For orders with multiple aluminum signs, we may submit each sign as a separate production order, and they may ship separately.
Standard shipping
Eligible Moore Sign Works aluminum products currently include free standard shipping within the United States. Free standard shipping uses ground service. We do not currently offer a faster paid shipping option for these products.
Carrier transit
After an eligible aluminum-sign order ships, estimated ground transit is generally about 1–6 business days depending on the U.S. destination. This carrier transit estimate does not include order review, production, or fulfillment time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Partner-fulfilled canvas products use separate shipping rates and delivery estimates calculated at checkout. If an order contains products fulfilled through different shipping profiles, checkout will show the applicable shipping options and total before payment.
If shipment is delayed
If we cannot ship within a specifically promised shipping time, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will notify you of the delay and revised shipment date. You may agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. Please watch for messages at the email address you provide at checkout and contact us with any questions.
Oversized, freight, remote-area, or specially quoted orders may require different arrangements. Tracking will be provided when it becomes available.
